Educational qualifications:
For process server: candidates must pass matriculation with knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi.

For sweeper:
- He should have experience of the duties required to be performed by him
- Candidates must pass matriculation with knowledge of Hindi or Gurumukhi language

- Age relaxation – as per Govt. norms or instruction of the high court of Punjab & Haryana
Pay scale:
Selected candidates will get the pay scale is as follows:
Rs.16900 – 53500 + Rs 625/- as special allowance
